The direct booking from the site will be considered valid only after sending the transfer slip to domusdeifabbri@gmail.com or to domusremedio@gmail.com

In the absence of proven payment the reservation will not be confirmed. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any booking cancellation must be communicated writing to domusdeifabbri@gmail.com or domusremedio@gmail.com.

For cancellation conditions please refer to your booking confirmation.

• The reservation can be cancelled and/or modified without penalty within 2 days from the date of arrival (12.00 local time) and a refund will be made once a written request for cancellation/modification has been received.

• For all cancellation and/or modification requests beyond these terms, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.

• No refund will be given in case the stay is interrupted.

• In case of no-show no refund will be given.
